    Bradford/Keighley is unlikely as Sunderland is a common name thereabouts.
    In 1881 census, unmarried under name Fanny.
    Not in 1891 or 1901 census for Lincolnshire as "single" or as "married-surname unknown-born at Dunston".
    No death between 1881 and 1891 censuses either with the name Frances or Fanny.

    Notes:

    Birth not registered but listed in 1861 census.

    1881 census indicates that there were no children living at that time. Neither Edward nor Eliza found in 1901 or 1911 census for England and Wales, but no relevant death of either registered between 1881 census and M-1910 except for the following: -
    An Edward Mann died at Worksop, age 48, J-1895, 7b 22 - not him.
    An Eliza Mann died at Goole, S-1899, 9e 594

    Notes:

    Judging by the Christian name Blackbourn and the fact that the informant of her birth was William Blackbourn (or Blackburn), it seems likely that he was her father.
    In 1881, at the age of 3, she was living with her aunt Mary Ann and her husband William Sellers at Faldingworth. Her mother was in service at South Kelsey at this time.
    Was living at home under the name Watson at the time of the 1891 census but was not listed in the 1901 census either married or unmarried under the name Sunderland or Watson. No marriage recorded up to 1917 or death up to 1901.
